Education:

I graduated from St. John’s University School of Law, earning my Juris Doctor in 1992. Prior to that, I attended the State University of New York, College at Fredonia graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Finance in 1980. From there, I attended the State University of New York, University at Buffalo earning a Master’s in Business Administration in 1984,

Experience:

My main areas of practice include Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income, Guardianship, Personal Injury, and Wills, Trusts and Estates.

I represent clients seeking Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits before the Social Security Administration. I represent clients from the initial application through hearings before Administrative Law Judges of the Office of Disability, Adjudication & Review. I will appeal your case before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. I also handle all aspects of Guardianship cases.

In addition, I represent people seriously and permanently injured in personal injury cases arising out of automobile, construction, sidewalk and premises accidents. Other areas of practice include Wills, Trusts, and Estates.

Admitted to practice law in the New York State, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and United States Supreme Court.

Judicial Experience:

Small Claims Arbitrator for the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County.
